All items purchased in-stores are exchangeable up to 14 days after purchase
All online exchanges must be within 14 days from the date you’ve received your merchandise (according to the tracking number.)
Haight & Ashbury does not issue full refunds for any merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and with the tags still attached.
Receipt/Proof of purchase is also required.

Make sure you have your order number and the style of the item you wish to exchange.
After contacting customer service within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, send the goods you wish to exchange to:

You will need to pay for postage. We would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibly until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please also note that you will be liable for any customs or duty charges if applicable for your return.
Once received, as long as the item(s) are unworn, unaltered and have original tags. We will send out your new goods within 14 days.
Holiday Season Exchanges
We understand during the holiday gift giving season you need more time for exchanges. For gift purchases made between November 15th and December 24th, the exchange period will be extended to Jan 31st of the following year.
Costs depend on your location and how quickly you'd like your package.
